To Be Considered for Assistance:
- You must be a current client of one of our referral partner organizations. A list of referral partners can be found at mobilizingknoxville.org.
- If you are a current client, please work directly with your case manager at that organization to complete an application.
- Unfortunately, if you are not currently receiving services from one of our referral partners, we are unable to provide assistance. DO NOT contact the partners if you are not a current client!
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
In addition to being a current client of a partner organization, applicants must also provide:
- A valid driver’s license
- Proof of regular monthly income (employment, disability, Social Security, etc.)
- Household income at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Proof of Knoxville residency
- Proof of current vehicle registration
- Completed application signed by one of our referral partners
